Shipping Policy

The following terms set out what you can expect from us and what we ask from customers. Orders are shipped only to addresses in the United States.

US Delivery Area

We currently serve the United States only. We do not offer international shipping through this store.

Shipping Cost

Free standard shipping is provided on all United States orders, with no minimum purchase requirement.

Processing and Transit

Orders are prepared in 1–2 business days. Standard transit is normally 4–6 business days after shipment. Business days exclude weekends and recognized carrier holidays. Carrier conditions may occasionally affect arrival timing.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided when the package leaves our facility. Customers should use the carrier link in the shipment notice to follow delivery progress.

Address and Delivery Issues

Please review the delivery address before submitting the order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed before shipment or if tracking shows an exception. We will help investigate damaged, missing, or misdirected packages with the carrier.
